My wife and I run Good Creations from our home in Grants Pass, Oregon. When you call, you get me. When you email, I'm the one who writes back, and when your website is being built, I'm the one building it.
We kept it small on purpose
We made a decision early on to keep things small. We've watched how the other story ends: agencies scale, quality drops, and clients become ticket numbers. That wasn't the business we wanted to build, so every client works directly with me, from the first call through launch and every support request after it.
Jennifer, my wife, runs her own business. She built DPC Digitals from scratch and recently crossed 250,000 sales on Etsy. We're a household of entrepreneurs, and we test our strategies on our own businesses before we recommend them to clients.
Where thirty years on the web went
In the late nineties we started Lovingyou.com, grew it into one of the top 1,000 websites on the internet, and sold it for seven figures. Running a site at that scale teaches you what moves the needle: content people search for, pages that load fast, and a reason for visitors to trust you before they've met you. We've also owned a retail store, so we know what it feels like when the month depends on customers finding you. That's the seat you're sitting in, and it's the seat we build for.
